The CD405xB analog multiplexers and demultiplexersare digitally-controlled analog switches having low ONimpedance and very low OFF leakage current. Thesemultiplexer circuits dissipate extremely low quiescentpower over the full VDD – VSS and VDD – VEE supplyvoltage ranges, independent of the logic state of thecontrol signals.
