The device is a quad channel high-side drivermanufactured using ST proprietary VIPower®technology and housed in PowerSSO-16package. The device is designed to drive 12 Vautomotive grounded loads through a 3 V and 5V CMOS-compatible interface, providingprotection and diagnostics.
The device integrates advanced protectivefunctions such as load current limitation, overloadactive management by power limitation andovertemperature shutdown with configurablelatch-off.
