General description

L5150CJ and L5150CS are low dropout linearregulators with microprocessor control functionssuch as power on reset, low voltage reset, earlywarning.Typical quiescent current is 55 µA at very lowoutput current..On chip trimming results in high output voltageaccuracy (±2%). Accuracy is kept over widetemperature range, line and load variation. Earlywarning circuit monitors the input voltage andcompares it with an internal voltage reference.Output voltage reset threshold can be adjusteddown to 3.5 V by means of an external voltagedivider.The maximum input voltage is 40 V. The maxoutput current is internally limited. Internaltemperature protection disables the voltageregulator output. In addition, only low-valueceramic capacitor on output is required forstability.
