The HK32F030M series utilizes the ARM® CortexTM-M0 core, operating at up to 32MHz, with 16K-Byte FLASH, 448-Byte EEPROM, and 2-Kbyte SRAM, and interrupt vectors can be remapped in 16K-Byte space through register configuration in the FLASH controller.
